ORDER BY POSTAL MAIL:
Print and fill out our single-page, typeset order blank (PDF format) found
here, and then
mail it to the above address together with payment by check or money
order. |

ORDER ONLINE AND MAIL PAYMENT:
You may submit your order to us online, and then mail your payment
to our postal address (payable in U.S. funds, by check or money order;
CA residents please add sales tax), for shipment subsequent to our
receipt of payment. Please be careful when adding up the total cost of
your order. If you should make a mistake (such as in calculating tax,
shipping, or total), we will reply indicating the correct amount to
send. |

PURCHASE ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL:
You may also pay for your order online, using your Visa,
Mastercard, Discovery, or American Express credit card. This is
a two-part process. First, you submit your order here online.
Then, we email you a confirmation of your order, and Paypal
sends you an invoice (request for payment), directing you to the
secure Paypal website where you will make your payment. After
you do so, Paypal will notify you, and us as well, that your
payment has been completed. |

You can submit your order to us
right away for payment by PayPal. However, in the second
step of this two-part process when you actually pay for
your order at PayPal's website, you must either already
have a PayPal account or apply for one at that time. This
allows you to make secure online payments using your
credit card. PayPal will notify us when your payment has
been received. Personal Paypal Accounts are free;
registration is simple and only takes a few minutes.
